The abstracts are listed in the order of submission topamax number (first submissions come first). The electronic book of abstracts is in html format, which enables search by author name or keywords.

 

Final program in print

The conference program is now in print and further changes to the program are not possible at this juncture. The conference program also includes other useful information and practical tips, including ativan guidelines for presenters, discussants and session chairs, information about the social events, and maps of the conference venue. It would be helpful to read this information package in advance. Note that there will be no separate “Conference Mechanics” brochure – this information is presented as a part of the conference program.

Please inform the even chair Antti Saastamoinen about possible corrections and changes to the program as soon as possible. All presenting phentermine authors should register by 31 May, otherwise the paper may be excluded from the final program. The final version of the conference program will be published in early June. 

 

Summer school

Aalto University School of Business organizes an intensive course on productive efficiency analysis on 10 – 15 June, one week before the EWEPA”13 conference. The course is intended for Ph.D. students who have a basic understanding of production theory and experience of applying frontier estimation methods such as DEA or SFA. The themes of the course include frontier estimation ambien techniques such as DEA, SFA, StoNED, and kernel regression, and the estimation of z-variables representing observed heterogeneity of firms and their operating environments.

 

The course instructors are

Professor Timo Kuosmanen (Aalto University School of Business),

Professor Andrew Johnson (Texas A&M University), and

Professor Christopher Parmeter (University of Miami School of Business).
