ISEAPA members that wish to take advantage of the discount should send an email to ewepa2026@mgt.tum.de within 24 hours after registration, attaching a pdf document demonstrating that their membership is up to date at the time of registration and at least up to June 19, 2026.

The proof of membership to attach can be a copy of the e-mail that members receive when they pay the ISEAPA annual fee or a print screen of the dashboard exhibiting that their membership is up to date and valid at least till June 19th, 2026. This print screen can be obtained after signing in to the ISEAPA website (https://iseapa.org/), choosing the tab ‘Member’ and the option ‘Dashboard’. This will exhibit a message regarding the status of the membership.

A full refund of the registration fees is available for cancellations received on or before 15 May 2026 (23:59 CET). From 16 May 2026 onward, no refunds of registration fees can be issued.
