The 2026 workshop will be hosted at the Munich Science Congress Center (SCC Munich), a modern conference facility designed to accommodate high‑level academic and professional events. It is situated within one of Munich’s main research and business districts.
The event is organised by the Technical University of Munich, Chair of Production and Resource Economics.

How to Get to the SCC Munich?
Munich is a well-connected city with efficient public transportation. The SCC Munich can be reached easily from various transport hubs:
From Munich Central Station (München Hauptbahnhof)
Take U4 or U5 in the direction of the city center.
Transfer at Odeonsplatz to U6 in the direction of Garching-Forschungszentrum.
Get off at Garching Forschungszentrum station.
Walk approximately 4 minutes to SCC Munich.
From Munich Central Bus Station (ZOB München)
From ZOB, walk to Hackerbrücke S-Bahn station (approx. 2–3 minutes)
Take any S-Bahn line heading to München Hauptbahnhof, then follow the same route
From Munich Airport (Flughafen München)
Take the S1 or S8 S-Bahn line from the airport to München Hauptbahnhof,then follow the same route
Take the bus 635 from the airport to Freising bahnhof,then transfer bus X660 to Garching Forschungszentrum
Taxis and ride-hailing services are also available at the airport, with a travel time of around 17–25 minutes, depending on traffic.
By car: Easily reachable via the A9 motorway, parking facilities available on-site.
