Presentation Guidelines – EWEPA 2026

  • Each presenter has 15 minutes for presentation followed by 7 minutes for discussion (22 minutes total).
  • The last presenter in each session serves as session chair and is responsible for timekeeping.

 

Presenters are kindly requested to:

  • Bring their presentation on a USB stick.
  • Upload it to the laptop available in the session room prior to the start of the session.

Each slot includes:

  • 15 minutes presentation (PhD presenter)
  • 5 minutes feedback (assigned discussant)
  • 10 minutes general discussion
  • (30 minutes total)

 

Presenters should:

  • Bring their presentation on a USB stick.
  • Upload it to the laptop available in the session room before the session begins.

Each plenary session is scheduled for 60 minutes total, including:

  • 35 minutes plenary presentation
  • 5 minutes chair comments
  • 20 minutes general discussion

General Note

To ensure smooth transitions between speakers, all presenters are asked to upload their presentation files in advance of their session and strictly adhere to the time limits.
